How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Deliveries to the USA

In most cases, we offer free shipping to any United States address. If your location requires a shipping fee, that will be displayed on the checkout page.

Most items ship by the next business day. You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it's available. Please keep an eye on your inbox as well as your spam folder, just in case.

Once shipped, most items will arrive in 8 - 14 business days to the continental USA. To Alaska and Hawaii, it will take more like 9 - 20 business days to arrive.

If express delivery is available for your location, the option and price will be displayed on your checkout page.

Note: During some parts of the year, some items may have shipping details that differ from this policy. When this is the case, the details will be shown in the product's description section. We recommend checking that before you order.

Deliveries to Outside the USA

For orders delivered to any country outside the United States, shipping time is typically 8 - 14 business days.

Many international shipments are still free. But if your location requires a shipping fee, it will be displayed on the checkout page.

Shipping times exclude any customs clearance delays. The customer is responsible for any customs fees their country may charge. We have no control over any country's customs clearance speeds or fees. We recommend you check with your customs department before placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through the Stripe powered Shopify Payment system. We also accept PayPal as well. No checks are accepting.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the return policy?

If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 30 days. For personalized items due to their custom nature, we cannot accept returns/replacement. We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer. 

Note: We will not refund or replace returned items without labels/tags and the original packaging. Clothing should be in perfect condition (no wear and tear, wrinkles, stains, or smell). We will only refund or exchange items with manufacturer defects or damages provided they are reported to customer service within 3 days from the date of delivery and you provide a photo evidence of the damaged item. Product specification error made by buyer (e.g. size, color, design etc.) is ineligible for refund, however we will offer to exchange with similar product or a different product with same store price in case of unavailability. If the item cost is less your original purchase, we will refund you the difference. Non-defective products must be reported within 7 days upon acceptance of delivery. Free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How do I return an item?

    • Provide a tracking number so we could process the refund.
