📍 Where We Ship From

All orders ship directly from our U.S. warehouse. This helps ensure faster delivery and avoids international transit delays for U.S. customers.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Times (U.S. Orders)

Processing Time

Processing time varies depending on the product and level of customization:

  • Prayer Quilts & most handmade items: typically 1–3 business days to prepare.
  • Personalized Crochet Dolls: 3–6 business days, as each doll is entirely handmade and carefully adjusted to match your photos as closely as possible.

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Transit Time (after pickup)

Most U.S. orders arrive in 2–6 business days once shipped.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Typically 4–10 business days from the day your order is placed.

Notes

  • We ship from within the United States, no international shipping delays for U.S. orders.
  • Peak seasons, severe weather, or carrier traffic may extend delivery times slightly.

🚚 Shipping Cost & Tracking

  • We offer free shipping to most U.S. addresses.
  • If a shipping fee applies to your location, it will be clearly shown at checkout.
  • Most items ship the next business day after processing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please check both your inbox and spam/junk folder.

🌍 International Shipping (Outside the USA)

We proudly ship many of our products to customers around the world.

  • Estimated delivery time: typically 8–14 business days.
  • Many international shipments are still free. If your location requires a shipping fee, it will be displayed at checkout.

Customs & Import Fees:
International shipping times do not include any customs clearance delays. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. We have no control over customs processing speeds or fees. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

🌎 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear as an option at checkout, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to check if we can ship to your location.

🎯 Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. In most cases, the tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

❗ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@cozycrochetdolls.com.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

🏠 Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
